12 dimensione critical reflection

1) I chose three dimensions are communication and relationship, planning. In the communication there are two types direct and indirect some people he took directly with someone and some people like to took indirect, the second dimension is relationship there are also two types universal and situational , the way in which two or more people or things are connected or the state of being connected and also the planning there are two types , some people are very interesting about people and some people are interesting about the time for example , he has time for read book al the morning and he has a time for every meal in the time and every time for his things.

2) based on my CMI result which include ,dimension of in my opinion of the communication I am more direct in my group when I took with people then indirect because I like to short my word, the second is relationship I am in the middle between universal and situation and in my group it is more universal then situation in the work , the last dimension I mention it is planning my group work are very interesting for the time than people and also I am interesting about is because al the work you have to care about time and as a arid know the time like a sword if you don't cut him he will cut you.

3)after 5 years , some dimension it will be change automatically with the passage of time and I thing communication direct and indirect not Chang because it's like a habit in every person. And relationship universal and situational it will be Chang with passage time because some people were a universal after he travel to the another country he be situational , and some people were interesting about a people and after 5 years he be interesting about him self that mean about his time.

Exercise#7

This article that speaks about elections how to be elections the participant who are voting need to think about the candidate who has the qualification and whom they'll benefit from and based on “charisma” and I found status and the polarity is achieved because it is based on elections and votes.

Exercise #4

It is possible to communicate effectively with people from different cultures but not without effort. To be an ideal Intercultural communicator you must understand that there is not “right way” for a culture to interact. A successful intercultural communicator understands the difference between direct and indirect. Direct communication is when the true intentions are revealed in the verbal messages. Direct also includes the senders’ wants, desires, and needs. Direct communicators are not as likely to analyze context for underlying meanings and will instead take the speakers words at face value. Direct speakers usually value the effectiveness and swiftness of short, direct answers that involve no further analysis. They expect and respect honestly and bluntness.Indirect communication is when the true intentions are hidden. It can be frustrating for a communicator if they don’t know whether the culture is direct or indirect. This type of communication is more passive and submissive. An indirect speaker  will not make a direct statement or directly answer a question that could be perceived to cause tension, or an uncomfortable situation.
